After you receive your passes in the phone app, you will have to assign a ticket to each family member. The email addresses for assigned passes MUST match the email address used to create each ticket holder's BOUND app account. For children who do not have an email address or phone, enter their name plus the email address of the parent most likely to attend a game with them.
ALL PASSES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE TICKET HOLDER'S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS CONNECTED TO IT. You must assign names and email addresses from the tickets link on the phone app.
